Technology Partnership

Stanford Research Systems (USA) designer and manufacture of professional rubidium atomic frequency standards and laboratory measure equipment for time & frequency.

Motorola (Israel) is designer and manufacture of advanced wireless communication tarns-receivers for mobile and machine to machine (M2M) communication.

Septentrio (Belgium) is designer and manufacture of professional SAT receivers and as such contractor of Galileo studies and supplier of GPS and Galileo units to the European Space Agency.

ntp.org.pl - group of voluntaries from Poland who spend their time working on time & frequency related client and NTP utility software. Elproma Time & Frequency Division recommends www.ntp.org.pl software to be 100% compatible to all it's time server products.
Technology Associations

TA PL (Poland) is association of Inter-Laboratory Research Group for the Comparison of National Atomic Time (TAI) and Frequency Reference Std. which are the main national forum for the exchange of experience.

Special thanks to:
Ph.D. Jan Nawrocki from Polish Academy of Science, Ph.D Albin Czubla from Polish Central Office of Measure, Ph.D Wlodzimierz Lewandowski from BIPM (Paris/France) for their great efforts and proffesional advices for Elproma
team during TA (PL) meetings.

  EU Funds

Tekla Plus - EU Funds for employing high qualified scientific crew from Universities. Since June 2010 Elproma employs on probation Ph.D. from Institute for Nuclear Studies working on signal processing technology innovations.

IniTech- EU funds for Klepsydra Crypto Project. The purpose of project is development of TFR (Time Fail Resistant) solution for time critical IT environments. The main goal is a concept of building solution resistant to any human intervention and avoiding any try of time manipulations. Klepsydra bases on NTP (Network Time Protocol) technology and it extends it's functionality helping build independent Local Corporation Time Scale. This makes UTC time independent on GPS. The target market are enterprise computer networks and IT systems designed for strategic sectors of EU economy (financing, telecom, air traffic controls, railway control systems etc).  Klepsydra is co-financed from the state budget and the EU (European Union) funds for high technology innovations for 2010/2011. Project is registered under IniTech platform.
