LCTS for Air Traffic Control PANSA/EUROCONTROL

Elproma executing works ordered by the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA - Member of EUROCONTROL) has made a specialized time synchronizing system provided for radio navigation (CNS) devices. The goal of the project was unification of UTC time delivery system dedicated to air traffic control systems span across the territory of Poland, its further development to cooperate with new modern satellite navigation systems Glonass/Galileo, creation of anticipated synchronization with reference to UTC(PL) and option of further integration with other UTC time scales of member states associated in EUROCONTROL, the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation. The system based upon KLEPSYDRA technology of autonomic, corporate local time scales.        

Special Cesium 5071A support for ROB Royal Observatory in Belgium

Elproma has developed unique NTP driver synchronizing system to primary reference standard 5071A caesium clock. This project was originally started in 2005 and it was ordered by Royal Observatory of Belgium (EU).  The final 2010 version release base on CMS (Common Memory Share) and it  support both 5071A timestamps and 1PPS simultaneously. The 5071A NTP driver is a part of Elproma "Zero Offset" project.

New 5071A direct caesium connection

Why Offices of Measure choose Elproma ?

Offices of Measure mostly use NTP servers in configuration where frequency is locked on 1PPS available from 5071A atomic cesium clock.  However, above configuration cannot use UTC Timestamping from 5071A atomic cesium clock.  This is because 5071A includes cesium beam continuously traced by PC.  This connection occupies the only one rs232 interface available at 5071A.  Therefore, the NTP server uses simultaneously combination of 1PPS and Timestamps from GPS or other NTP serer.

Elproma has developed new unique NTP driver to support 5071A timestamps and 1PPS simultaneously.

This configuration does not need GPS anymore.  A feature more, You can still trace caesium on PC due to Elproma NTP server behaves transparent for PC requests.      


Scientific Supercomputer Fibber Optic Network  PIONIER Supercomputers

PCSC (Poznan/Poland) has been consequently realizing a concept of a metacomputer construction. Computing on a large scale, the amount of solved problems, demands for a specific computing type and for data archives determine computing systems functionality. Because of limited calculating power the calculation on a large scale cannot be situated in one computer system. Advanced results’ visualization also requires specialized hardware platforms. Such requirements are met by env. that consist of many various, specialized computer resources managed by common politics of resources allocation (SMP computers, IA64 clusters, AMD64 clusters). The problem is that all those computers needs to get time synchronized with extremely high accuracy. Elproma has solved it for us.
 
Elproma delivers first Galileo time receiver  Polish Academy of Science

Elproma has successfully realized the delivery of specialized Galileo timing for Polish Academy of Sciences, Space Research Centre. The contract value exceeded 200,000 EUR and it included high technology Galileo Receiver with possible code emulation for GPS, GLONASS and GALILEO.
